Marc E. Wallace

Marc E. Wallace focuses his practice on estate planning, trusts and estates, and probate matters. In his more than three decades of experience practicing law, Mr. Wallace has earned numerous accolades from the legal community. National directory of attorneys Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him its prestigious AV Preeminent rating, signifying that peers rank him at the highest levels of professionalism and ethical standards. Mr. Wallace is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a national organization of approximately 2,600 of the nation’s top trust and estate attorneys who have demonstrated significant contributions to the field of trusts and estates law. Membership in ACTEC is by nomination only, and nominees undergo a careful review by both state and national membership selection committees prior to consideration by the regents of the College.

Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Wallace was an Estate Tax Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Wallace earned his Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Washington, his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University, and his Masters in Taxation Law from University of Miami. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho, and before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

An active member of the local and legal communities, Mr. Wallace serves on the Board of Trustees of the Kootenai Health Hospital, Idaho Community Foundation, and the North Idaho College Foundation. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Councils of Coeur d’Alene and Spokane.


Mary W. Cusack

Idaho native Mary W. Cusack focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorship law, and corporate law. Ms. Cusack earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Idaho, her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University, and her Masters in Taxation Law from the University of Washington. She is admitted to practice in Idaho and Washington, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho.

Ms. Cusack has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, and is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Washington State Bar Association, Kootenai County Bar Association, Estate Planning Councils of Coeur d’Alene and Spokane, and the Women’s Gift Alliance.
